I fixed it. you need to go in the "info & settings" menu on the printer and then go to "Tool count" now change the tool count from single to "DUAL"

I have the same exact problem.....It wont take any commands for the left nozzle...keeps saying it only has one nozzle.....Its really annoying me now..i cant seem to fix it
