It sounds like moisture to me as well. I may have missed it but have you tired putting some cardboard or something around to create a simple enclosure? That used to help me print and stick a lot.

Really nice looking. Clean and excellent wire/cable management.
No doubt it's going to help. ABS warps so badly that I've switched to PET, but, you give up smoothing with Acetone. As dangerous as that is, it's still less dangerous and the chemicals to smooth PET....
Very nice enclosure. Great touch to move the display to the door. Did it completely solve the warping on that same part, meaning, was all the nice hard work worth it?
Good info. I'll try some.
Good answers. Thanks for those.
I have the same question as Adam, why the adhesive and not clips. If you use adhesive and for some reason want to take it off, say to use wood for printing nylon,...
Can you talk a bit more about the PEI you bought? I'm seeing 1/4" pieces at 12x12 inches that are nearly $100. What exact product are you using (..or, where did you get it?) and have you used or...
Hi all, I can confirm that dual extruder is awesome. I only have one printer and I had to remove my existing extruder and steal a few screws so if this thing didn't work, I was out of a printer...
I can answer that just a bit. I'm working with him to refine and perfect it. Actually, I'm getting my copy of it set up today and starting some tests. It's looking fantastic but not ready for prime...
MiniMadRyan, there are 2 more of clough42's hot ends on EBay. I'll send you the link in a PM, the link he sent me.
Ok, lets do this. I bought two of your Hexagons on EBay to force me to focus on it. I'll assist your prototyping. I can make the time as my day job is me...
What are you modeling with? Can I get...
I wish you had more time too...lol.... I'm really interested in what you are doing.
Just looked at EBay and couldn't find your Hexagons. Do you have a link?
flywheeld, this is really exciting. I've been wanting to go dual-head for awhile. I have the previous version of the Makerfarm but I'm sure it can be adapted too. I look forward to more pics and if...
You guys are posting some great stuff here. This thread is working out exactly as I hoped it would. Keep it coming.
I'm jealous of you guys with the new rail version of the printer. I need to go...
Did you make or buy the couplers?
I was going to ask about the sleeves on the cables. Glad you mentioned the name of it. It looks nice.
I also see a new connection method for the Z Rods to the stepper motors. Is that a standard...
Then you'll have to call it a "Makerferrari" in stead of a "Makerfarm."
Wow, very impressive, a 200mm bridge....yikes....nice going. It looks dead straight too. Also, really like the black frame. I guess you painted that or is Colin offering black frames now?
Nice mods.
My extruder motor has never caused any issues and runs pretty cool. Interesting how different two of the same machines can perform.
For anti-vibration I bought a wheelbarrow inner...
Here's a MOD I did today that I'm pretty excited about. Changing a hot end on these printers is anything but fun. It's just tedious to get that screw up in the bottom of the mount, you can't see it,...
I'm starting a thread to show off your MODS to your MakerFarm printers.
What I intend for this is just a thread that shows the MODS. If you want to congratulate or discuss them, start a new...
