you mention a r-pi as controller. But still has netbook in the video.
presumably you could mount the pi somewhere on the printer frame.

How easily do the prints detach from the paper ?

so now all you need is to incorporate it in a nice shiny cabinet and get some crowd funding cash :-)

I guess the only issue is the rafts buggering up the base of the print.
Never could get them off a print cleanly when i was using abs.

Don't use rafts any more. :-)
That is a cool setup - you could probably just get the head to wipe across a small barrier before starting to print. Deltas ideal for that kind of thing :-)

Only serious(ish) issue I can see is that you need to clear the ooze from the print nozzle before starting a new print. That bit of plastic is going to bugger up the next print at some point.
