I would definitely spring for the qidi over ffcp. For all intents and purposes the qidi is a solid clone of the ffcp style printer but at a much better price. Then you can do what others suggest and...
I have the original version of this set: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1291106 but I'm going to get these made for me using higher grade filament for heat resistance via 3dhubs.com
I have a CTC and it shakes like crazy for the infill as well; although utilizing Simplify3D and Sailfish 7.7 firmware has helped with the print speeds / accel and helps the shaking by a huge margin....
You need to reduce the travel speeds in your slicer software. Honestly, I recommend getting Simplify3D for slicing.
Remove the blue tape.
The temp inside the 3d printer is too hot. Make sure your fan(s) are running 100% speed after first layer, make sure you're not extruding too high a temp. If it's PLA, try increments of 5 degrees...
Also I recommend stocking up on extruder nozzle de-cloggers. They're these little delicate needles that look like microscopic drill bits; you use them from the bottom up while the extruder is heated...
I suggest you try my method first, if it's still jamming then do what rcleav suggests. Taking the whole thing apart is a lot more work and sometimes not necessary.
I had the same issue with my CTC printer; are you using the default extruder drive and not a modified one? Try using the filament loading to unload the filament from the jammed extruder, then pull...
I would put some glue on the glass, I personally use elmer's glue (purple color). Then again I also have a 1/8" thick borosilicate glass bed, so your success may vary.
Remove the blue stuff, get a borosilicate glass plate to use on top of the aluminum. Get Elmer's glue sticks (non toxic purple kind)
For heating through glass, I run:
PLA @ 210 First layer,...
