For Korean students who are visually impaired, the yearbook has taken a new turn thanks to the magic of 3D design and 3D printing, which can put memories right into their hands. 3D TEK and the Touchable Yearbook agency have come together to bring their students a combination of Braille (for reading the names) and 3D printing so that they have a tactile replica of the students head and face. The 3D printed renderings are a source of delight for the schoolchildren and one of the many rewards of the 3D printing technology that is changing lives all around the world on so many levels.
