Graphene 3D Lab Acquires 3D Printer Manufacturer Boots Industries

Graphene 3D Lab and Boots Industries have just signed a letter of intent, sealing them in to terms for an exclusive deal as Graphene 3D Lab gears up to acquire Boots Industries. The epicenter graphene mining operations is located in the Canadian wilderness, and as a result, Graphene 3D Lab has a leg up on the emerging technology of 3D printing electronics-capable devices. Will this deal with Boots Industries help them lock down a solid niche? Have you had any experience in dealings with the graphene materials? The *vulgar swearing word* might be suitable to use. Going from open source to proprietary. I do hope they don't sign the deal. With Quebec's rules and legislation, it's going to be a pain for BI....
    Further, if they did....
I expect a shutdown on any support for using open source firmware and slicer
