MakerBot Brings Their 3D Printers to Fry's Electronics Stores Across the US

Adding to a spate of major partnership announcements, Stratasys has even more to say. Only a day after announcing an exclusive deal with Staples, which will now carry MakerBot printers in 50 US retail locations, and just a week after announcing that 26 Home Depot locations will sell MakerBot products, Stratasys has made a new supply deal. Fry's Electronics will now carry MakerBot 3D printers and filaments in 32 stores across 8 US states. Two store locations, one in California and one in Oregon, will also feature in-store 3D printers so customers can see how they work in action. Check out more details on the new deal over in the full article: http://3dprint.com/26835/frys-electronics-makerbot-3d/

I worked at Fry's for two years... Just seeing a picture of the inside of that store again makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up and my vision go a little red.

But hey, Makerbot seems like a good match for them and I wish them the best... Really...
