Makerbot Ecosystem coming to 50 Staples Retail Locations in US

We already know that MakerBot has teamed with Home Depot to bring their 3D printers to 39 different retail locations in the United States. Today MakerBot announces that they will also be bringing their 3D printers to 50 Staples locations in the United States. The deal makes MakerBot the exclusive provider of 3D printing hardware at Staples, and should certainly help MakerBot gain some more notoriety. It should be interesting to see how quickly they expand to more stores. Read and see more at http://3dprint.com/26715/makerbot-staples/

    Good move by MakerBot?

Agreeing to only sell the one brand? I hope for their sake that the term is a short one.

I suspect 3D systems is paying off retailers to put these in their stores.
