Holy Shizen balls I'm a shizen houzen modeller

Making a duplo slide it looks good on the screen.....

....but gahdammit I'm obviously using noob lazy techniques and have to do more study about how to model properly.

As soon as i add chamfers/ blend edge I get Boolean Failures and thats my downfall.

Print preview shows where all the bits overlap and don't fuse with a whole bunch of defects.

I'm using Rhino 5. (this is about my 3rd project)

I don't expect any help, just wanted to vent before i go back to the drawing board.... well to the crayon pack first so I can learn to use crayons and then to the drawing board.

I know you're not looking for feedback, but feedback wise got to cloud.netfabb.com and run your file through that. Should solid it up for you.

AutoDesk Meshmixer is free and worth playing with. The RobustSmooth and MakeSolid tools tend to solve those Boolean issues for me.
