    Export a STL file

    Hello,

in solidworks 2014 i tried to export a file into stl, because i want to print it in 3d
    i followed this instruction: http://www.stratasys.com/customer-su...stl/solidworks

But the stl file have a failure. so i tried to repair the stl file via netfabb
    But netfabb always crashe.

do you have a idea why the stl export doesnt work correctly?

Without looking at the files, what you could try would be to export it as another filetype and use Meshlab to turn it into an STL.

Try OBJ first, and come back here with what happens.

I opened the STL file in netfabb 5.1 and it looked fine - no errors reported and no crashes. What problem do you think the STL file has and what's reporting the problem? What operating system are you using and what version of netfabb?
