VoxelJet VX2000 - Large 3D Printer

There has been a whole slew of new 3D Printers launched in the last few days at Euromold. This one is the biggest. It's VoxelJet's latest large scale printer, the VX2000. The printer can print objects which have dimensions which are over 1 meters by 1 meter by 1 meter big. Here are some of the specs this 3D Printer:

• an ink-jet head made up of up to 13,280 nozzles
• resolutions of up to 600 dpi
• layer thickness between 100 to 400 micrometers and a print width of 564 millimeters
• a speed of 45 liters per hour
• physical dimensions of 4.9 meters long by 2.6 meters wide

Can't find anything about the VX2000, but the bigger VX4000 will run you $2.3 million US.
