for those that are interested, you dont need to use thermal or borosilicate glass just std picture frame glass will do, thats what im using and i have no issues apart from not being able to remove the print (but thats probably the PVP im using), as for where to get it, i tried my local window company (that was a no go) i then googled glass suplier in my local and found one 5 mins drive away. since my first one i have bought 3 more from them, i paid £5.90 + vat on each (this is now at correct size) using the corner clips it has no movement at all while printing, and is easily removed when done.

next up it the ninja flex plate ?????

After trying glass and ABS juice etc I have settled on Kapton Tape on the original bed. I'm getting great results with this and can swap the tape for a new sheet quickly and easily.

One thing we're testing out now is a 1/8" thick garolite plate as our build tray, so far ninja semi-flex, pla, Delren all stick with no tape, glue or hair spray, just by laying the plate down and leveling, it's good to go. You can get a 12"x12" sheet for $14.80us and cut into two build trays.
