Problem printing text on Flashforge Adventure 5M

We are trying to print text on the Flashforge Adventure 5M using the Orca-Flashforge v.1.3.2 software to prepare, slice, and print. We prepared a file in Tinkercad, exported as STL and when we hit "slice" it is missing some pieces of the letters. Are there any particular settings we should adjust to make thinner parts of the letters reappear?

I left the "wall loops" on '2' and tried the "detect thin walls" option which helped a little, but it can't seem to get some pieces of the letters. Any guidance would be appreciated.
