QIDI Q1 PRO cleared clog but new filament won't load

DISCLAIMER: NEW USER, < 1 month

I had a clog due to bad filament. I followed all the QIDI wiki videos and believe I have cleared all filament. I have replaced the nozzle. BUT new filament will not load. I have been struggling for days going thru all the recommended steps to no avail. Anyone have an idea on what I can do next?

Have you cleaned the extruder teeth of any filament bit embedded in the teeth?
