Bracket print fails at same point in the print

Hello Everyone,
I am new to 3D printing, but I have designed and printed several items successfully.

I have designed a bracket that will slide over two cylindrical posts, and has a plate with two holes to mount another object.

I have printed this 3 times, and each time the print fails at the same point, and I get a “stepper error”. Once the printer just stopped when the error occurred. The other two times it printed a bit rat’s nest of thread as it tried to finish the print.
The print proceeds upwards printing the green bar and the light blue cylinders just fine. It prints the dark blue plate up until it reaches the very start of the first mounting hole that it comes to, below the large cutout within the dark blue mounting plate.

It always crashes at the same place!

I wonder if there is any software that can analyze the .3mf or .stl file and flag any problems?

I am using a Monoprice IIIP printer.
I used Microsoft Windows 3D Builder to make the design.
I used the Cura version that came with the printer, (I don’t see a version number). I tried printing twice with 100 % fill, once with 60 % fill. I have “Fix horrible” all un-ticked in the Expert Pulldown menu.

Any thoughts on why this design keeps crashing, at the same place, each time I try to print it would be much appreciated!
Any (freebie) analysis software recommendations would be appreciated as well.
(Or, if you are bored, you could try printing the item and see if it prints successfully for you!)

My “Plan B” is to re-design the part as two pieces, the green bar and its mounting cylinders, and then the dark blue mounting plate separately, and then have a hole to bolt them together, but I really would like to learn why this part fails.

I have attached the .stl file. I do not see how to attach the .3mf file.

If I can provide other info please let me know.
