Support tip temperature Fortus 250mc

Do you know how to change Support tip temperature in MaracaEX for Fortus 250mc?We tried to set up 290°C, 280°C, 270°C, even 200°C. Of course, we restarted the 3D printer after setting the temperature.But the machine anyway heats the Support Tip up to 310 °C.With Model Tip no such problem, Fortus 250mc is changing temperature according to setted Model Tip Temperature in MaracaEX.Maybe there are some other programs or solutions to the problem?
