Help with adjusting an existing 3D model
Hello, I am a complete foreigner to 3D printing, but I would like to create my first model.I am targetting a GoPro action camera mount for my mountain biking footage, but I had no luck finding what I am looking for online.I already had my friend print me the closest mount I found online, but I am looking to improve it.To the details:This is what I had printed so far:radius.jpg What I would like to achieve is this same mount, but flat, without the rise, without the radius. Something like this:noradius.jpg It is very similar to an original GoPro mount, but I need the mounting point (the hole for the bolt) further away from the base.If there would be any possibility of anybody helping me out, I would be very grateful. Link to the file of the mount WITH the radius here:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4801033/files Thank you for your time, hope you have a wonderful day! Lukas

What you are requesting is simple.
Thinker Cad has many you tube videos on how to do this
Go to Thinker Cad and upload the model you have.
Cut the center you do not want and add a straight piece between the two pieces.
