Very rough infills and top layer

Hello everyone

I'm trying to print a 30x30x3mm PETG cube with Anet AM8, E3D V6.

I keep getting thisFilament is eSun PETG, and the slicer is PS.

I'm not sure if it is the nozzle dig in the previous layer and doing so filament starts accumulating on it, or if it's the other way around.

I was thinking about retraction but I see in PS it only does one at the start of every layer.

Nozzle temperature is 245° bed is 70°
Print speed is 80mm/s for solid infill, 40 for top
Retraction is set to 0.8mm at 40mm/s
