Creator Pro 2 printing with TPU
I am having trouble printing with TPU. I have adjusted speed, temp, retraction, cooling fan, everything I can think of but seems that after a few hours in, it starts to fail. Looks like it starts extruding too much material. Smaller sized versions of the same print work just fine. Any thought?

TPU is tricky stuff. I do not have this printer but for me, with a direct extruder style printer, and TPU I find the best results are with nozzles .5mm or larger, fixed speed of about 8-12mms, minimal retraction, slight extra restart distance, and gravity feed, bearing supported for the spool. This is for Ninjaflex which has a shore hardness of 85. Anything else works fine with similar settings as any other filament but with the .5mm nozzle or larger. TPU has never worked for me when needing detail or with lots of moves without printing. Good luck, if you master TPU you will be never have a problem with anything else!
