I've been designing in Freecad and printing a lot of nice and useful things for about 3 years now. Mostly in PLA,and some ABS. But I avoid ABS unless I absolutely must have a part that can be taken out and used in the hot summer weather. And then it's usually a small part of some kind. I have an Ender 3 and a Neptune 4 Max, Neither has an enclosure. What filament that is not exotic and expensive, can I use instead of ABS? Nothing I make will be used as a permanent outdoor object. But you just can't take a PLA part you've made for a camera, for instance, and carry it around and use it all day in the July sun. Or leave it in a locked car in 90 degree weather. But I hate printing ABS. It warps up while printing, and has terrible layer adhesion. Terrible stuff. What else can I use that can resist the summer heat and is reasonably strong, and doesn't pull up from the bed and warp while I'm printing it? Thank you.
