Received my new Plus 4 six days ago.
Unpacked and set up without a problem. Updated the Firmware to latest 1.4.3
Also using the latest QidiStudio.

First print and the printer starts to heat up and gets to about 100 - 110 on the extruder temp and the printer shuts off with a message in the screen.

I restart firmware to reset, but it pops back up very quickly.
I have reloaded the firmware update and gone through the complete setup routine twice, because it seemed to be a firmware problem at first.
I am assuming its to do with the extruder because it is constant with about reaching 100 - 110 degrees. But when feeding in new filament (ABS) it has no problem to reach 250 without cutting out and same with plate levelling - it goes to 280 degrees to clean filament and then drops to 140 deg to do the levelling.
I have emailed Qidi support as well as the Karl@ address and the Lexi@ address but have received no acknowledgment or reply after 6 days of an unusable Plus 4 printer. I was really looking forward to using this printer and its my fourth printer purchase but the first to not work out of the box. So very disappointing.
So I'm hoping another user may have had this same problem and know the solution.
I'm not sure why, but if its not an extruder problem, I have a feeling its something to do with the cabinet heater.
