Printing problem on Ender 3 after change to 4.2.7 mainboard
Hello everyone. I am somewhat new to 3d printing. I tuned in the printer when i had the 4.2.2 mainboard and it didn't have any of these issues that are showing up now ( see pictures). Then i changed mainboard to the silent 4.2.7, and all of these z banding started to show up and these tiny holes that always show up on the right outside side of the printer and the left inside of the printer. when in spiral mode non of these problems show up.I have looked at many videos on z banding and so on, and i have calibrated the axis and looked at their movements and i don't see any issues with does. what could this problem be and how can i solve it?Thanks in advance

The holes look like under extrusion.
There is a flow rate calulator in the calibration menu in Orca slice

It often seems to happen mainly in one area, search Youtube for under extrusion videos.

Hello again, thanks for the reply.
I have sense your last response look on YouTube for under extrusion and and tried other changes. But all the problems are still there.
Is there some other issue i am missing?
Because all these issues started after the motherboard change.
And those lines that look like Z banding, i think can not be from the Z rod as it was perfect before the motherboard change.

Did you do a flow rate check, also check the "e" steps.

All the extrusion calibrations has been checked and done. But the issue is still there. could a faulty MB be the cause?

Considering this happened after changing the motherboard, perhaps putting the old one back in might be worth trying.
