Z-Axis Inaccuracy on Creality Ender 3 V2 Printer

Hi, I have a Creality Ender 3 V2 printer, the X and Y axes print + -0.05mm well, I also have quite accurate holes, the only thing that makes me sick is the Z axis, it always prints 0.1-0.2mm less, E-steps are well set and "Elephant foot" doesn't do that to me. does anyone know how to fix it ?

Try making the vertical height of your print a multiple of the layer height.
