My stepper motor on Ender 3 S1 pro is very loud
Hi, so I got my S1 Pro two weeks ago, and out of the box, the right z-axis stepper motor is very loud and rumbling on my table. I've tried a bunch of things (I haven't taken it apart), and nothing has worked. I know it's that one because when I unplug it and move the z-axis, it is the normal sound I've heard from other people. When I twist it with my finger there is a lot of resistance compared to the left one. Side note: This is my first 3D printer. I was wondering if this is a common problem and if anyone knows a fix thanks if someone replies.

Check the lead screws it sounds like the side making the most noise could have too much tension an could be out of alignment.
Once my 3D Printer the lead screw nut was not square with the threaded lead screw I had to reprint the Z-Axis lead screw holders.
I know if it does not work How did I reprint the Z-Axis lead screw holders, had to remove two Lead screw nut fasteners to reduce the tension.

I would measure the V ref voltage for your Z Axis Steppers, verify that is the the same level for both.
Check these to see if it helps. If not post your results.
