Printer asks to confirm print cancel

Hello. My printer keeps asking "Are you sure to cancel print job?" even though I have not promped that action. I choose "No", but after a time it will ask the same. Could someone help me? Thanks in advance.

If I had to guess, I would say it is malfunctioning control panel (perhaps stuck button) or touchscreen causing the issue. Probably best to contact the manufacturer's customer support
