Restart 3d Printing after 2 years. Thoughts on a current slicer?

I have not printed anything in over 2 years. I have an early Creality CR-10 that been modified a bit. My last slicer was CURA 4.5. I rebuilt my computer and wiped the CURA installation and never put it back. I now a have a couple projects I want to print. I assume things have improved in the past two years and wonder if I should go back to CURA, or if there is another free slicer out there that is better suited? I know my CR-10 is ancient and I'll look into a replacement if I begin doing more, but right now, finding a viable slicer is priority. Thoughts?

Prusaslicer and Orcaslicer are very popular at the moment.

Obviously I'm new at this but before I got my K1 Max, I watched a ton of videos for advice. Many of them suggested Orcaslicer, so I downloaded it. But when my K1 Max came, I tried Crealityslicer first and it did the job fine.
