Hi All, I am Emmanuel Katto. I’ve been having issues with layer adhesion in my prints. Can anyone share tips on how to improve layer bonding and prevent delamination? Thanks in advance! Emmanuel Katto

what material. I a nut shell if you are using the proper temperature and speed you should not have issue.. delamination will typically be due to the thread not bonding to the existing thread.. Printing to cold, or to fast or in and environment that is cold with air blowing will cause issue with filaments that need to be printed within a temperature controlled enclosure. Also under extrusion can be a cause but that causes other issues as well. If you are using nylon the filament may need to be dired..
