Super Basic Question Creator Pro
Hi All,
Sorry to ask such a rookie question, but I cannot figure out how to lower the work platform/table after the alignment process on my Creator Pro. Currently, the platform is raised as far as it can go. I need some space under the nozzles so i can remove and clean them.
Thanks,
David

Most, if not all 3D printers have the option in the settings or filament menu to manually lower or raise the bed in the 'Z' axis by pressing a button on the touch screen.
Often in one to ten mm increments.Last edited by Bikeracer2020; 07-27-2024 at 05:03 AM.

Hi Bike,
Thank you so much for your reply !! I am wading through a 56-page manual that I have found online. I will try to find the section about the Z axis, and hopefully, Flashforge did theirs the same.
Much appreciated!
Thanks,
David

Hi Biker, All,
I jest read through the manual, and all I can find is an instruction to “lower the platform” before clearing the build plate, without a description of how to lower it. Hopefully, Biker’s suggestion will be the answer… !
Thanks,
David

Hi Biker, All,
That was it! To close this thread, the selection was Menu/General Settings/Jog. Once I got in there, I was able to move the carriage around as you described.
Thanks!
David
