Which printer in 2024 to print rc cars and tyres

not sure this is the right place to ask for this,

I am searching for a printer

- not too expensive as new
- capable of printing ABS/PLA/FLEX/PETG
- spare parts are available and are not half the price of the printer

I heard good things about Prusa/Ender printers

let me know what you think, thanks for your suggestions
