how to select suitable 3D printer?

Hi all.if I need the printed parts got 0.1mm accuracy and need assembly them into a unit, seems FDM machine is hard to meet needs? how about the SLA machine? and how to pick one from wide variety?

for example if I have a part with M/F joint and which way and how to print can make them easily mate? or with less work.
