An error printing a RC wing- slicer profile or geometry issue?
Hi, I'm printing my own RC airplane design and the wing section is printing correctly in light weight PLA. The main problem as shown in the image is the printer creates 2 excess strips of filament from the trailing edge to the spar tube in the center. It's not just stringing, it's the extruder laying down filament as it moves across. I'm not exactly sure how to control the printing sequence to stop it doing this.
Is this possible to fix in the Cura profile? I still need to do more print testing and I'm still working on the geometry, I might be able to redirect the nozzle somehow to stop this.
My printer is an Ender 3 S1 pro, slicer is Cura 5.4, light weight PLA set to surface mode and thin wall printing.
Thanks for any help, Lloyd
