Best consumer resin hardware for geometric dimensional accuracy.
Hi,
I have been working on a project that involves printing solid rectangular cubes approx 2" x 1" x 1/2".
I have been printing them on an Anycubic Photon mono X, and after trying many configurations and print settings I have decided that the printer simply doesn't have the accuracy that I am looking for.
These cubes are finished to a mirror gloss, and through the finishing process I have noticed that inevitably a couple of the printed surfaces are not perfectly flat. Sometimes the surface may not be perfectly perpendicular to the adjoining surface. Or there will be a dip or bow in the face of a surface.
This year I am interested in upgrading my 3d Printer and I am looking for suggestions. My work flow involves printing a full build plate of these solid cubes and I am interested in having the print be as accurate as possible.
Does anyone with experience with this type of work have any recommendations?
