Elegoo Neptune 3 pro - print fail at some point

Hello,

As I mentioned in title, I am facing a problem is that print is failing at some point height. I am using 0.4 mm nozzle and E-sun Petg filament 1.75 mm. My temperature is 240 celsius degree, print speed 60 mm/s, retraction distance 2.8 mm, retraction speed 25 mm/s, layer height 0.32 mm. I did same prints before and there were no problems and I was able to print tall objects. What I did to solve; print speed was 100 mm/s before but when I faced with this problem today I lowered to 60 mm/s. And also I glued bed and changed position of print in printer bed. But could not solve. Can you help? Thanks.
