PAHT CF15 ilament getting curly and stuck inside bowden tube

    Hi,

I'm having issues with BASF PAHT CF12 filament. After feeding it for a large raft or so, it clogges inside my bowden tube. I have tried to slow down the feed, use less retraction for ooze control while moving the print head, but nothing seems to help.Any ideas, please? My printer is Delta WASP 2040 Industrial X. All other filaments seem to feed with no problem.

    Current settings:

    Nozzle dia 0.7mm
    Extrusion Multiplier 1,00
    Extrusion Width Auto (0.84mm)
Ooze Control Retraction distance 7.00mm, Speed 2400mm/min (40mm/s)
Printing speed 3000mm/min (50mm/s) or slower depending on layer/area
    Chamber temp 50 C

Please see an image of the filament below

I have slowed down the printing speed to 30mm/s and the problem has gone.
