Ender 3 S1 Plus Troubleshooting Print Problem

Can anyone tell me what went wrong here (See attached photo)? Tons of stringing on the part, and a couple blobs of PLA on the print. If you zoom in you can see them. The extruder actually was knocked off the rail and was on the ground next to the printer when I found it. Complete disaster. Extruder was clicking slightly when printing, but it printed first layers fine so I didn't think there was an issue. Maybe my print temp is too low and I am under-extruding, which would explain the clicking, and then after that it hit a solid piece of the underextruded filament, knocking it off? Any thoughts anyone?
