Makers Empire and DTSL Team for Education Initiative

In a new partnership between Hong Kong’s IT solutions company Dynamic Technologies Services Limited (DTSL) and Australia’s Makers Empire, the two companies are bringing easy-to-use 3D design software and support into Hong Kong primary schools. Their goal is to attract young people with software that allows them to pick up 3D modeling skills quickly, while having fun and working together in classroom groups. Combined with DTSL’s superior range of 3D printer solutions, they will supply the 3D design software for tablets, lesson plans and teacher’s portals for primary schools in Hong Kong. Young Hong Kong students will be able to use their favorite tablets to design, and then 3D print with expert support from DTSL. Makers empire have a great app that if used correctly by educators can really start kids off young with 3dprinting, whilst keeping the process fun and simple for them. The more development of apps like this we have the better it will be for education as a whole.
