Carbon fiber filament jammed in heatsink

Lulzbot Taz 6 with 0.5mm micro swiss hot end. I decided to try out carbon fiber. Nozzle temp 235 C. The fiber jammed but I was able to pull it out. I decided to increase the nozzle temp by 10 degrees. It jammed quicker and this time completely jammed . I tried increasing the temp further to loosen it but it event brake at the top of the heat sink. I took it all apart. I cannot grab the filament. So how do I remove the filament? Im thinking of using a heat gun then pull the heatsink off , hopefully without breaking anything ?When I try again I should likely try decreasing the temp and maybe decreasing the retraction (?)
