Got my son a FlashForge Adventurer 4 Lite for xmas. Neither of us have messed with 3D printing before and I'm racking my brain on why the local g file will print flawlessly but if I go to polarcloud and try to print something from there, it prints garbage. Most of what prints is frustrating because:
1 - it moves around and looks like it should be printing but nothing comes out and then it will start to come out....it does NOT do this with the local g files on the machine
2 - layers don't stick together

I've looked at the polarcloud setting and tried a few different various from the default and might help a little but doesn't every build the thing correctly.

the machine can obviously print really nice stuff, but I can't for the life of me figure out why the local files are perfect and I can't get the same performance from the polar cloud or flashprint files.

- we've changed filament, messed with temp/plate settings, nothing is stuck in extruder, etc.

any thoughts/recommendations would be greatly appreciated
