Bresser Raptor Issues

Hi All,I am having problems with my new Bresser Raptor. When I print, the head goes all the way to the left then makes a really load grinding noise, the print job then starts to print on the left side and not in the middle. When I check the Axis in the settings, 0-100 is correct and the head moves to the correct location. It's a really weird problem and any help would be appreciated. Regards,Leggy
