Stressed Dad seeking advice for a Ender 3 printer

Hi,I've just tried to level my bed. Using the method with thin paper and a gcode that moved the exruder around the bed, I felt the bed was level. Each step my paper could slide between the nozzle and bed but I felt friction.However, when I print a test "nut" - the print does not look good.
