New issue with Mars 3 Resin Printer - Slab of resin on base?

I think the pictures say more than I really can about what is happening. My FEP was leaking and I actually bought two new resin vats and a pack of screen protectors because I was nervous of resin getting in the machine after the leak. I also thought I would try out a very similar resin in a different color - so I do have a few new factors at play here. The first print I did with this new stuff failed completely; printing just a thick slab of white resin. The pictures are of a second run that managed to print half of the objects but all with that thick resin layer under them. Several of the prints actually turned out OK but the base layer of resin is really baffling me. I leveled the bed before printing and checked the screen. Any answers would be greatly helpful.
