Ugly walls on my prints

Hello guys
,I just this week bought my first 3D printer because i want to start building my own flight sim accesories. But i am having this very weird issue with quality of walls on my prints.
I dont even know how to realy describe it so i am attaching a picture of it as well as picture of my slicer settings.
Does anyone know what could be the reason behind it?

Please be patient with me its my first time trying 3D printing.
My printer: Creality Ender 3
My slicer: Creality Slicer

I would download with Prusaslicer it has preset downloadable profiles for Ender 3D Printer this will eliminate any guess work setting up your slicer.

Hi,
The creality slicer had preset for Ender 3 as well..

But non the less i finally figured out what the problem was. For whatever reason 100% filament flow is not enough. (Probably bad configuration in firmware) Bumping the flow to 135% fixed all of my issues.
