Sigma 19 Bed Leveling help

Wondering if anyone can tell me how to find my Bed log? I am trying to apply offsets for my bed but cant find the log the below link describes. To be honest I'm lost how I am trying to accomplish this. When contacting support they literally provided the two links and said follow this.

When it doesnt say how to find the Z values from the log.

I am connected via USB right now in pronterface but its only showing me what its printing and no type of log for what the bed or anything is set to.

Ive had the printer for two years and the right side extruder would never print well.

I would truly appreciate any help!

EDIT I see I may have missed the part that says run another bed calibration! Im going to give that a try and respond again once done.

That will be the game that I've heard of that is meant for for simple minded people with an !Q smaller than their shoe size.
