Plashforge Creator pro Tool 1 failure Temperature reads are failing

Hi All, new to the forum and need help. Changed a nozzle in my flashforge creator pro and got a message come up saying Tool 1 failure Temperature reads failing. After a litte research I kept seeing answers saying the thermocoupleer was broken so I changed it. This hasnt fixed the problem and I am hoping someone can guide me in the right direction as to what it could be. thanks regards Jord

Still have the same problem, changed the thermocouple still no temp reading, changed the heater element, again no change. I can't get any help from anywhere.
