    Lightbulb Ender 3 problems

I have a Ender 3 printer I bough a bit ago. The issue I'm having is the printer reads the SD card but is saying there is no files on the card despite there being files on there. I've tried changing the format of the card and even buying a different card. Does anyone have any insight on this? Thanks

The SD Card need to be formatted FAT the SD card should be of good quality the cards that comes with the units sometime do not work.
SD Card should be 4GB or smaller formatted in FAT

(FAT in this case means FAT16)
