Printer stops feeding filament soon after start

I have a Ender 5 Pro and my printer starts the print ok and then after about 20-30 mins of printing i notice it stops feeding filament. And when Ilook at the hot end the filament has become clogged in the tube going down through the heat exchanger and in to the base of the hot end. Could the it be the heating element getting too cold or the tip? Ive already bought the swiss micro extruder and a new all metal hot end....

I had a similar problem with my Sapphire pro it turned out to be the Cooling fan for the hot end heatsink not shifting enough air to keep the heatsink cool. Replaced the fan and all was well.
