Extruder failing to heat above 25 degrees C

Using the Adventurer 3 Lite, the filament was stuck in the piping. Removed the extruder and pulled the filament through. Clicked the extruder back into place (made sure was clicked in) but now it won't heat past 25 degrees. I've done: factory resets, calibrations, turned off the machine, taken out the extruder and re-insterted it. I'm at a loss for what else to do. I've had this thing running possibly 68 hours in total, please help!
