Bad print on Ender 3 Pro and not sure why

Hello,I'm using an Ender 3 pro to print the infamous marble machine : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1385312 I've successfully printed all parts but the Turncap.stl using Cura. I use the same settings and same PLA material to print but each time the turncap comes out all messed up. Any thoughts on what setting I might need to adjust in Cura for this turncap? Perhaps something else?
