CR 10 MAX Auto Home too low

Hi. I recently started playing 3d printing at work. I inherited the Creality CR-10 MAX printer from another employee. I have learned to print very little, but one day there was a problem with the temperature reading incorrectly. I replaced the thermistor and the problem with the temperature stopped, but there was a problem with the auto home position. The Hotend slides down, tearing the table without stopping. I am sending a video below. I did a software update, however it didn't help. Where could the problem come from, how to solve it? Thank you.
