A Feedback about LeapFrog

Hello!
My name is Lorenzo.
I'm thinking about buying a 3D printer Leapfrog Cretr Hs, but it's a new product and there is no review yet.
So, I would like to have an opinion about thier previous printer or about the support and service by someone who used Leapfrog and is not biased .
I will really appreciate your help and your opinion!

For what it's worth I have heard only good things about the Leapfrog company in general. As for this specific printer I can't tell you much though. I do know a couple companies which actually use these in-house for some minor prototyping.
